Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026. The rules that apply when you access or use InsurAGI — permitted and prohibited uses, upload rules, AI limitations, security and enforcement.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the 'Policy') explains the rules that apply when you access or use the InsurAGI website, application, services, AI-enabled document analysis, account features, upload functionality, outputs and related services (together, the 'Service'). The Service is provided by InsurAGI AB, reg. no. 559430-3397 (the 'Company', 'we', 'us' or 'our'). By using the Service, you must comply with this Policy and any other applicable terms governing your use of the Service.
The Service is designed to help users understand their existing insurance documentation through document-supported explanations and general guidance. It is not designed to act as an insurer, insurance intermediary, broker, claims handler, underwriting tool, pricing tool, legal adviser, financial adviser or automated decision-making system.
This Policy should be read together with the Company's Integrity Policy for Protection of Personal Data (the 'Integrity Policy'), the Cookie Policy and the General Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and mandatory applicable law, mandatory applicable law shall prevail.
Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to protect users, the Company, the Service and third parties by setting out acceptable and prohibited uses of the Service. This Policy is not intended to duplicate the Integrity Policy or the Cookie Policy. Where a topic is addressed primarily in another policy, this Policy refers to that policy instead of repeating it in detail.
Scope
This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including visitors, account holders, subscribers, trial users, invited users and any person accessing the Service on behalf of another person or organisation.
It applies to all use of the Service, including account access, document upload, free-text questions, scenario descriptions, chat interactions, AI-generated outputs, exports, support interactions, API access (if made available), and use of any website, app or related functionality operated by or on behalf of the Company. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, household, organisation or legal entity, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority and lawful basis to do so and that your use complies with this Policy.
Relationship to Other Policies
The Integrity Policy describes how the Company processes Personal Data, including uploaded insurance documents, account data, support data, AI/LLM processing, no-training commitments, retention, sharing and data subject rights. The Cookie Policy describes the Company's use of cookies, analytics, SDKs, scripts and similar technologies. This Policy does not reduce your rights under applicable data protection, consumer protection or other mandatory laws.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You must not create an account or use the Service directly if you are under 18.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential. You must not share your password, authentication codes or account access with unauthorised persons. You must promptly notify the Company if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, credential compromise or misuse of the Service through your account. You must provide accurate account and subscription information and must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
Permitted Use
You may use the Service to upload relevant insurance-related documents, ask questions about your existing insurance cover, review document-supported explanations, identify possible coverage gaps or overlaps, and obtain general next-step guidance.
Your use must be lawful, honest, proportionate and consistent with the purpose of the Service. You may use the Service only for your own insurance matter or for another insurance matter where you have the right to provide the relevant information and request the analysis. You must use reasonable judgment before acting on any output. Insurance cover depends on the applicable policy wording, facts, exclusions, limits, claims handling, applicable law and the decision of the relevant insurer or other competent party.
Upload Rules and User Content
You are responsible for the documents, prompts, questions, scenario descriptions, files, messages and other content that you upload, submit or make available through the Service ('User Content').
You may upload insurance-related documents and information only where they are relevant to the insurance analysis you request and you have the right to provide them to the Company. You should not upload unnecessary information, unrelated documents, excessive background material, full medical records, government identity documents, payment card details, passwords, secrets or other information that is not needed for the requested insurance analysis. You must not upload documents or information that you know or reasonably should know are false, manipulated, misleading, unlawfully obtained, confidential to another person without permission, or otherwise unlawful for you to submit. You should redact or omit information that is not necessary for the relevant insurance question, where doing so does not prevent the Service from providing the requested analysis.
The Company may apply file-type restrictions, file-size limits, upload checks, rate limits or other technical controls to protect the Service and users.
Third-Party Personal Data and Sensitive Information
You must not upload Personal Data about another person unless it is necessary for your insurance matter and you have the right to share it with the Company. Adults may upload household insurance documents that include information about family members, including children, only where this is necessary for the relevant insurance analysis. You should not upload sensitive information, including health, accident, injury, disability, medical or children's information, unless it is necessary for the insurance analysis you request.
You must not use the Service to profile, monitor, evaluate, expose, harass or make decisions about another person. The Service is intended to support the user's understanding of insurance documentation, not to assess individuals. The Company's processing of Personal Data, including special-category data and third-party data, is described in the Integrity Policy.
AI Output and Insurance-Related Limitations
The Service may use AI, LLM, OCR, retrieval, embeddings, document analysis and similar technologies to generate outputs based on uploaded documents and user questions. AI outputs are intended to be explanatory, conditional and tied to relevant policy wording. They are not binding insurance decisions, claims decisions, underwriting decisions, pricing decisions, eligibility decisions, legal advice, financial advice or insurance intermediation.
You must not present an AI output from the Service as an insurer's decision, a legal opinion, a guarantee of cover, a binding interpretation of an insurance policy, or a professional recommendation unless separately confirmed by an authorised professional or relevant decision-maker. You must not use the Service to make automated or significant decisions about another person, including decisions relating to insurance eligibility, claims handling, pricing, employment, credit, housing, health, legal rights or access to services.
Where the Service displays an InsurAGI Score or similar finding, it must be understood as a user-facing indicator relating to documentation quality, coverage clarity, completeness of the analysis basis or potential gaps/overlaps. It is not a score of a person's insuranceworthiness, health risk, claims likelihood, pricing risk, eligibility, moral hazard or value as a policyholder.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, rights-infringing or otherwise improper purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not use the Service to:
- submit or support false, manipulated, exaggerated or misleading insurance claims, policy applications, benefit requests or complaints;
- mislead insurers, brokers, intermediaries, authorities, employers, unions, partners or other persons;
- obtain or attempt to obtain insurance coverage, compensation, benefits, pricing or claims outcomes by deception;
- generate, distribute or rely on content that you know is false or misleading in a material respect;
- harass, threaten, defame, expose, discriminate against or unlawfully surveil another person;
- infringe intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, contractual duties or other third-party rights;
- process information about another person in a manner that is unnecessary, disproportionate or unlawful;
- circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, geographic restrictions, age gates, security controls or access controls;
- use the Service to develop, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or service without authorisation;
- use outputs to make decisions about third parties in regulated or high-impact contexts; or
- encourage, assist or enable any other person to do any of the above.
Security and System Integrity
You must not interfere with, disrupt, degrade, overload, probe, scan, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the Company's systems, other users' accounts, uploaded documents, AI prompts, logs, APIs, infrastructure, vendors or security controls.
You must not upload, transmit or attempt to introduce malware, malicious files, exploit code, harmful scripts, credential-stealing content, corrupted files or other content designed to harm, disrupt or compromise systems or data. You must not include hidden instructions, prompt-injection payloads, adversarial content, model-manipulation instructions or other content intended to override system instructions, extract confidential information, reveal prompts, bypass safeguards, manipulate outputs or interfere with the integrity of AI processing.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, bulk-download, copy, benchmark, automate, frame, mirror or extract data from the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law or authorised by the Company in writing. You must not test, probe or exploit a suspected vulnerability except through a responsible disclosure process authorised by the Company. Any suspected security issue should be reported as set out below.
Intellectual Property and Commercial Restrictions
The Service, including software, interfaces, workflows, databases, prompts, designs, trade marks, text, graphics, documentation, know-how and other materials provided by the Company, is protected by intellectual property and other rights.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense, white-label, resell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by applicable terms or authorised by the Company in writing. You must not remove, obscure or alter proprietary notices, trade marks, copyright notices, disclaimers, source references or usage limitations displayed in or generated by the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of the Company or any third party.
Monitoring, Enforcement and Suspension
The Company does not undertake to pre-screen all User Content or AI interactions. However, the Company may review, investigate, restrict or preserve content, account activity or system information where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance, incident response, enforcement of this Policy or protection of users, the Company or third parties, in accordance with the Integrity Policy and applicable law.
Where the Company reasonably believes that this Policy has been breached, or that continued access creates legal, security, privacy, operational or reputational risk, the Company may take proportionate action. Such action may include warnings, content removal, upload restrictions, rate limiting, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, evidence preservation, notification to affected persons, cooperation with authorities or other lawful measures. The Company will seek to apply enforcement measures proportionately, taking into account the nature and seriousness of the issue, the risk to users and systems, whether the issue appears accidental or deliberate, and any legal obligations that apply. Nothing in this Policy limits the Company's right to take urgent action where necessary to protect security, prevent harm, comply with law, preserve evidence or protect the integrity of the Service.
Reporting Misuse or Security Issues
You should promptly report suspected misuse of the Service, unauthorised access, account compromise, malicious uploads, vulnerability concerns, prompt-injection attempts, unlawful content or other security or abuse issues to the Company. Reports may be sent to info@insuragi.com unless another reporting channel is made available by the Company. You must not publicly disclose, exploit or further investigate a suspected vulnerability in a manner that could harm the Service, users, the Company or third parties.
Changes to this Policy
The Company may amend this Policy by posting an updated version on the website or otherwise making it available through the Service. Changes take effect when posted or on the effective date stated in the updated Policy, unless applicable law or the General Terms of Use require additional notice, acceptance or a different effective date. Where legally required or where changes are material, the Company may provide additional notice. You should review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you understand the rules that apply to your use of the Service.
